Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development. 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms. 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH The Cloud & Core Engineering team builds, operates, and provides full lifecycle management of Nike's fully managed, multi-cloud platform and software-defined network, the foundation that enables self-service cloud, data, and AI environments for Nike Global Technology. Cloud and Core Engineering team is part of Foundational Services, AI & Security Technology domain. You will be reporting to Software Engineering Director. You will partner closely with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, Engineering Directors, and Product Managers in both foundational and business facing technology domains.
